These plants continuously produce a number of tall spikes with densely packed florets. Cold hardy, easy to grow and early to flower in Spring, their cheery flower spikes are a delight to have in your garden and wonderful in bouquets.

Climate:Will tolerate frost and thrives in a moderate climate.
Sowing guide:Refrigerate seeds @ 4 C for 1-2 weeks prior to sowing. Sow in trays in March to May / August and transplant after 8 weeks. Time sowing so that seedlings grow at around 20 C.
Germination guide:10-20 days @ 21 C. Cover seed with thin layer of soil.

Harvesting Tips:

Harvest when half of the florets on the stem have openend. Expected vase life is 8-10 days, especially if flower food is used.
