    Harvesting Tips:

Harvest stems when bracts are fully colored, but before the flowers are fully open. The first cut should be low down, leaving 1-2 sets of branches on the plant. White sap is produced upon cutting - be cautious as some people are sensitive to it. Place stems in a separate bucket for a couple of hours until conditioned. Do not recut stems before arranging.
