Small white flowers give way to decorative, bronze-colored seed heads. These globe-shaped heads can be used fresh or dried. Also known as drumstick flower.

    Harvesting Tips:

    For seed heads, harvest when they are light green with dark edges and as soon as the star-shaped centers are turning black. Later harvesting (after the centers have fully turned or start to fall out), will result in seed heads shattering.
